OVERVIEW
Increasing
awareness of health, ecological impacts of plastics has led to
exponential growth of the wooden toys market. The wooden toys are driven
by heritage values which make redesigning all the more challenging! We
collaborated with Desi Toys to develop a bespoke range of toys that held
heritage design cues intact.
GOAL
Redesign heritage toys to create a unique brand identity and in line to satisfy IS 9873 standards.
OUTCOME
The new series of Heritage toys have been widely accepted and rated well with high customer satisfaction.
The redesigned toys have remained in production till date.

OVERVIEW
Premier
Systems have been manufacturing Liquid Level Controllers for a couple
of decades now, providing service support across the country.
Significant number of service calls was not relevant
issues of the device but of other stakeholders involved. In this
context, Premier Systems needs to develop a new series of products to
provide service visits only when necessary..
GOAL
To make the
User Experience smooth, intuitive, easy to diagnose issues and design
packaging to withstand cross country shipping. While keeping the
manufacturing capacity limited and costs marginal.
OUTCOME
The new products diminished service support visits by 78% over the first year, increasing customer
gratification. New packaging design escalated satisfactory delivery by 36% therby reducing rejects.

OVERVIEW
With
rapid increase of personal communication
devices, a new sector for security and diagnosis has surged to protect
private information. Tracsense is one of the early movers in this sector
and we had the privilege to develop a unique diagnosis - training kit
for them.
GOAL
To design a Diagnostic module that can cater
to all modes of wireless communication technologies such as RFID tags, Bluetooth, Wifi, NFC.
OUTCOME
After satisfactory completion of the product development, it has been
implemented among educational institutions and training centres apart
from effective application for diagnostics.
